Install SNMP:
Control Panel -> Software -> Add Windows Components -> Management & Monitoring Tools -> Simple Network Management Protocol
Set up SNMP:
services.msc -> SNMP Service
-> Traps -> public
-> Security -> Community public & Allow SNMP packages from YOUR_TRUSTED_HOSTS
Set up Firewall:
Windows Firewall -> Exceptions (Inbound Connections) -> Allow Port 161 (UDP)
