It's a matter of the correct symbolic link to enable the flash player
plugin of your choice.
Just symlink the libflashplayer.so to the plugin directory of the
browser, e.g.:
ln -s /etc/alternatives/libflashplayer.s /usr/lib/iceweasel/plugins
That's it!
